Just wanted to send out a quick reminder that the next six-week course of tribal fusion at the Urdang Academy starts this Thursday. There's also the possibility that the next six weeks will hold a special field trip for one class, and that might just mean the next course will run through April 3rd... The details of that are to be confirmed soon! :)
Thursdays, 6:30pm-8pm at the Urdang Academy
Old Finsbury Town Hall, Rosebery Avenue EC1R 4RP (0207 713 7710)
Map: www.theurdangacademy.com/map.html
Nearest tubes: Angel and Farringdon
Price: £60/six-week course, £12 drop-in. From February 21-March 27. (Possibly extending to April 3)
Details: Over each course, students will be strengthened with yoga-
and pilates-based conditioning and stretching and challenged with a
choreography to explore movement, transitions and expression in tribal
fusion. Bring your own yoga mat and water, and come dressed to sweat
and move! This class is more challenging than the Monday afternoon
classes and builds week on week. New students and drop-ins are
welcome, but some experience in bellydance is helpful--bring an
adventurous friend and a sense of humor!
As ever, details on classes (including maps and other bits) are at www.kimberlymackoy.com/site/Classes.html
If you need any other information, let me know!
Hope all is well with you,
Kim
